Mayak Eggs (Korean Marinated Eggs)

 


Ingredients:-

  • 6 Eggs, room temperature
  • 2 Tablespoons of salt
  • 1 Tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup rice syrup, corn syrup, sugar or honey
  • 3 Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 to 4 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 Green chili, chopped (optional)
  • 1 Red chili, chopped (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoons of sesame seeds
