Garlic Bread

  Ingredients:- ½   cup   butter. 1 ½   tablespoons   garlic powder. 1   tablespoon   dried parsley. 1   (1 pound) loaf   Italian bread, cut into ½-inch slices. 1   (8 ounce) package   shredded mozzarella cheese. Directions:- 🍞Gather all ingredients. 🍞Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F        (175 degrees C). 🍞Melt butter in a small saucepan over    medium heat; stir in garlic powder and dried parsley. 🍞Place bread slices on a medium baking sheet. Using a basting brush, brush bread generously with melted butter mixture. 🍞Bake in the preheated oven until lightly toasted, about 10 minutes. 🍞Sprinkle bread with mozzarella cheese and any remaining butter mixture. pina colada

Ingredients(two cup):-

  • Pineapple Juice: 2 cups (approx. 500ml)
  • Cream of Coconut: 1 cup (e.g., Coco Lopez)
  • White Rum: 4 oz (120ml) — omit for a Virgin Piña Colada
  • Ice Cubes: 1–2 cups
  • Fresh Lime Juice: 1/2 oz (optional, for balance)
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedges and Maraschino cherries

Instructions:-

  1. Combine: Add the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum (if using), and ice into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend: Blend on high speed for about 30–60 seconds until the mixture is smooth, thick, and frothy.
  3. Pour: Pour the mixture into a chilled tall glass, such as a Hurricane glass.
  4. Garnish: Top with a fresh pineapple slice and a cherry. Serve immediately

Pro Tips:-

  • Cream of Coconut vs. Coconut Cream: Use Cream of Coconut (like Coco Lopez) for the authentic sweet, syrupy texture. If you use unsweetened coconut cream, you may need to add 1–2 tablespoons of sugar or simple syrup.
  • Frozen Fruit: For a thicker, more vibrant flavor, swap some ice cubes for frozen pineapple chunks.
